I cannot thank Dr.Tan and the entire team enough for the incredible care they provided to my dog. The surgery was a complete success, and I’m so grateful for their skill and dedication. No matter how busy the doctor is, he will patiently explain the entire surgical process and update my dog's condition every day. All the nurses were not only professional but also genuinely loving and attentive, treating my dog with so much kindness and compassion. The clinic itself is spotless and welcoming, creating a calm and clean environment that really put me at ease. I highly recommend Dr.Tan and their amazing team to any pet parent in need of expert veterinary care!

Great location. Great service. Great doctors. Great vet assistants. Doctors are very attentive and care about my furbabies health condition. Vet assistants are nice and friendly. Price is reasonable for the equipment that they have. And they always explain about the cost, you just have to ask! Doctors never recommend unnecessary tests and dispense additional unrelated medications, which I found very responsible as some cat parents are clueless about treatments needed and is vulnerable to attempts of price mark up. Overall very satisfied with this clinic. Hopefully they'll continue to get better and help more furbabies and pawparents! I don't have much experience leaving cats at the vets. But as far as my experience goes, I've never seen any other vets prepared such a comfortable ward for their patients. They even laid out thick towels on the cage base. My cats recovered well in their hands and returned home without any visible trauma. I'd like to note that I'm so very impressed that the doctors and vet assistants here can memorize all of my cats. It shows how dedicated and passionate they are about their jobs.

The staff and doctors were extremely friendly, and Dr Tan was very friendly and was willing to take his time to explain about the vaccination. Hence, he was very kind eventhou our dog was not friendly. He was also informative and was able to discuss our dog' diet and routine. We were very pleased with the service and customer service given to us.

Very good service including process of making appointment . Clean environment . The doctor is patient and has attention to detail to examine my dog . Price is very reasonable . Will not hard sell you to buy unnecessary things , even suggested me. Or to buy the dog food . Highly recommended!

Very recommended to all. The consultation totally worth the fees paid. Dr explained all the details in a very understandable way. I took my cat last week after two month forth and back to others vet. Hes still recovery now but look so much better. My cat was suggested to do a scan and blood test. The price was quite okay. The waiting time is bearable. Easy to park and friendly staffs. For my case, the price for scan was RM70 and blood test RM210(Price probably diff for different case)

My cancer stricken dog Andrew, was given the utmost care and medical attention required from his monthly treatment time up to his final journey.
